Staying in this hotel was a pleasant experience. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. the room was tastefully decorated in a retro style, giving a nod to the hotel's iconic history. the breakfast served was excellent, setting us up for a day of exploring the cozy Georgetown area. the workout room was top-notch, perfect for fitness enthusiasts like me. Overall, the service was impeccable, making our stay truly enjoyable.

One minor downside was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice touch. the view from the river view room didn't quite live up to expectations, as it faced an apartment complex instead.

The complex itself is a bit dated, with a dirty and empty mall. Despite these drawbacks, the attentive reception staff and pleasant spa room made for a nice stay.

The hotel's renovated 60’s vibe is stunningly beautiful, and the staff are super polite and helpful – a rarity these days! The location was perfect for us, near both Georgetown and the White House, and the staff even managed our room requests with a river view and extra accommodations for the kids - made us feel like royalty 🌟. The rooms were luxurious, but the spa area did have a strong chemical smell that could use a little improvement, yet it didn't ruin our overall comfy and enjoyable stay!

Rooms offer a fabulous view, spacious and chic, the showers are top-notch, and the elevator system is quick and efficient. The gym and pool are great for unwinding and getting in a workout, with a sauna for a relaxing moment. However, the lack of a coffee maker in the room was a slight downside, especially for early risers ☕.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering guests an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, as well as full body massages and foot massages. the saltwater pool was a lovely touch, and the Spa lounge was a perfect place to relax. the room's advantages were impressive with private facilities that made me feel pampered, and the restaurant offered delicious in-room breakfast.

The only negative aspect I encountered was the location, which was not within walking distance of all the main tourist areas, but the hotel's excellent service made up for the minor inconvenience.

I recently stayed at the Watergate Hotel in Georgetown for my Georgetown Graduation. The service was fabulous and the communal areas were spacious and stylishly clean. The golden bottled whiskey bar and stunning rooftop were perfect for celebrating our special occasion. The doorman, check-in staff, and bellhops were all top-notch. The highlight of our stay was the "TOP CHEF" quality food, especially the Polenta Crisp zucchini flowers and foam appetizer, the Asparagus and Peas appetizer, and the Crispy skinned Salmon main dish. The buffet breakfast was also very good, with lovely helpful servers and staff working full speed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the unique mermaid fitness class, a delightful combination of swimming, core, cardio, and strength training held on Saturday mornings at 9 am. It provided a fun and refreshing start to my day, and the instructor was excellent. The luxurious amenities and impeccable service made my stay truly enjoyable. The stylish and comfortable rooms, with modern facilities and stunning views, exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the business district and popular attractions.

Lovely pool and proximity to Georgetown Harbour. The spa was a haven with sauna, massage, and jacuzzi. Nearby landmarks like the Washington Monument and Dupont Circle enhanced family bonding.

The bell hop from Moracowas was an absolute gem, always smiling and happy to help. The breakfast room service was outstanding, with eggs your way and delicious waffles and french toast. The front desk staff was professional and accommodating, while Henry greeted us with a warm smile and even had a charming conversation in French. The restaurant staff was AMAZING, and the bar staff at Kingbird served the best Bloody Mary I've ever had. The room was spacious, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
